Regional Industry Leader - Technology (EMEA)


ERM is looking for a client-facing leader with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar growth in the consulting industry.


The position of Regional Industry Leader offers an exceptional opportunity for someone to shape the future of ERM's Technology practice across EMEA as a senior-level Partner.

As the Regional Industry Leader for Technology, you will be responsible for accelerating growth and delivering positive commercial impact at the regional level.

Collaborating globally, you will develop winning strategies, build a robust opportunity pipeline, and elevate ERM's brand as a sustainability leader.

Role Profile- Develop innovative commercial strategies to pursue and win high-value business opportunities aligned with ERM's Global Offers and Go-To-Market initiatives Support High Growth and High Value (HGHV) account teams in identifying, developing, and converting transformative strategic opportunities Build a reliable opportunity pipeline to achieve ambitious growth targets and win rate goals Engage with the EMEA Leadership team and Technology sector-focused Partners to attract, retain, and develop top talent Deliver exceptional client service and drive continuous improvement through the client feedback process A proven track record of success in the consulting industry, with a reputation for technical expertise and a deep understanding of the Technology sector Experience driving business development and expansion of existing client relationships within the Technology industry, particularly with ERM's HGHV clients Extensive knowledge of sustainability and capital projects, combined with a strong grasp of the EMEA market landscape A history of delivering multi-million-dollar sales results annually and winning large, strategic projects Excellent influential leadership skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with agilityJoin ERM and Make a Difference
