Metalis is working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company in Rotherham who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a Administrator on a permanent basis.
Job Duties:
- Attending to customer queries via email and on the phone
- Answering incoming call
- Updating customer portal
- Contacting internal regional branches for job progress/update on work
- Corresponding with customers via phone & email
- Producing, reviewing and analysing data within excel report
- Generating customer invoices for completed work
- General admin tasks & data input
Job Requirements:
- Proficient IT skills, specifically excel and web portals (training will be provided on customer portals)
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to manage own workload and react to changing situations
