Based at our Media City office in Manchester, this hybrid role allows for flexibility with three days spent in-office each week.
You'll closely collaborate within a core team of four Business Relationship Managers and report directly to our IT Director- BRM Supply Chain & Functions.
Your primary focus will be on nurturing strategic, value-driven relationships with business leaders and teams. You'll also be responsible for overseeing and governing the delivery of value through technology and data initiatives for manufacturing/Power, Control & Information Systems. Collaborating across functions and within a global team provides ample opportunities for local and global professional growth.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing- Strategic Business Partner
- Applying industry trends/knowledge and technology thought leadership to co create a technology roadmap with our manufacturing and engineering teams which delivers maximum business value.
- Stakeholder/relationship management
- Drive Results –
Work with internal IT teams to ensure we "execute with excellence" our technology roadmap, resolving conflicts, prioritisation challenges, and overseeing effective delivery.
- Change Management & Engagement
- Champions change management planning and execution across all technology initiatives. Drive culture and engagement with our teams.
- Value Delivery –
Lead digital demand intake process for our plants, ensuring robust business/ benefits cases and effective governance is in place to continually optimise the value of IT investments.
We're Looking for Someone With- Experience/expert in business processes for manufacturing and/or engineering.
- Experience leading digital manufacturing programs of work to optimise productivity and efficiency across operations with data, AI, automation, simulation, smart factory, digital twinning, and other "Industry 4.
- Experience in successfully initiating and overseeing medium or large sized technology projects or initiatives, leveraging cross functional teams.
- Requires a strong strategic mindset, very good communicator with strong impact and influence skills.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, overseeing
the successful delivery of multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment, including effective change management to ensure technology initiatives are adopted and add business value.
