As part of our strategic growth, we are excited to introduce a brand-new function within our organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow this critical function from the ground up. We are seeking a visionary and strategic Business Architect to join our dynamic team.

In this newly established role, you will have the unique opportunity to design, implement, and optimise our business architecture framework. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our business strategy with our operational processes, ensuring seamless integration across all departments. You will create and implement a comprehensive business architecture framework that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that business processes, information technology, and organisational structures support our strategic goals. Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

And develop detailed documentation and communicate business architecture plans and updates to relevant stakeholders. As this is a brand-new function, you will have the autonomy and support to grow and shape the role according to the needs of the organisation. More

About you You will have proven experience in business architecture, business process management, or a related role. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will be either agile or based from one of our offices dependent upon your home location, whilst there is flexibility of working from home alongside office based working to facilitate collaboration with the wider team.
