As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of lettings and renewals at our developments. Your main focus will be on providing top-notch customer service and maintaining full occupancy of our homes.

Key duties include:

  • Coordinating online marketing of available homes
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and viewing requests
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers with prospective tenants
  • Progressing tenancy applications and conducting checks
  • Driving customer retention through renewals discussions
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for all lettings activity
  • Working with third-party agents as needed
  • Performing rental appraisals of the local market
  • Delivering against operational KPIs and providing regular reports
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals
  • Identifying and resolving issues effectively
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information and data
