Maidwell Hall has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide vital administrative support to the Headteacher.

As a PA you will act as both the 'gateway' and the 'gatekeeper' to the Headmaster, providing a first-rate, efficient and confidential administrative and secretarial service that supports him in the strategic and operational management of the School. This will involve the efficient management of the Headmaster's work diary, managing correspondence via email and telephone, welcoming visitors, proof reading and maintaining meeting records.

We are looking for a personable individual, with significant administrative or PA experience to senior management level. You will also possess experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. High levels of technical literacy are essential, along with excellent proof-reading and written communication skills.

This role is full-time, 35 hours per week over 34 weeks, with an additional 7 hours outside of term time, and one Saturday per term. There is a degree of flexibility built into the hours of this role, which will be discussed at interview.
