Time Commitment: A minimum of 24 days per year.

We are looking for two new Non-Executive Directors (Organisational Development and Technology) to join us at a time of hugely ambitious change as we seek to reshape our services in the face of rapid and fundamental shifts in consumer and business behaviour.
For the Non-Executive Director (Organisational Development) we are looking for an experienced leader who brings a successful track record of delivering transformational change within a people and organisational development setting. The business needs a high level of credibility to influence and make an impact at board level with a high level of resilience.
