Marketing Director - Private Markets

Non-disclosed is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the private markets sector and proven experience as a Senior Commercial Marketing leader within the fund services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and brand recognition.
  • Uphold and enhance the firm's brand image, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Implement brand positioning that reflects our values and resonates with target audiences.
  • Drive the commercialization of the marketing function, transforming it into a revenue-generating engine.
  • Implement strategies to capture and convert leads, turning marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and valuable content that positions our expertise and addresses client pain points.
  • Identify strategic industry events for the company to be represented at to expand our network and visibility.
  • Utilize various mediums (thought leadership, whitepapers, webinars, videos) to engage and educate the target audience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize digital marketing performance and ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure a resilient business model.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Marketing leader or similar leadership role in fund services (or law firm), with private funds exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing efficiencies and driving organisational growth and building global brand recognition.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its integration into financial services.
  • An understanding of the private markets' investment process is essential.
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in commercializing marketing functions and driving revenue growth.
