Join Our Team as a Non-Executive Director - Finance/ Bars

London

1-2 Days Per Month & Competitive Annual Fee


Our client is a unique and vibrant Founder-led business within the bar scene who are looking to onboard a Non-Executive Director during an exciting stage of growth. They are looking for someone with experience across scaling and exiting a business with plenty of charisma.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful NED will be an experienced Non-Executive/CFO with extensive experience in overseeing numerous exit scenarios, ideally within late-night venues or bars. You will be able to advise on potential investment partners/buyers and have current contacts within the industry to aid with the expansion plans and exit portfolio.


Requirements
  • Experience as CFO or NED within Bars or late-night venues
  • Thorough understanding and proven track record of exiting multiple businesses
  • Strong finance background with a network of contacts to help support an exit
  • Track record working for a Founder/Entrepreneur-led business
  • Proven success of growing and scaling similar businesses across the UK
  • Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business
  • Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
  • Confident in steering multiple areas of the business
