Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Executive Director to join our Information and Digital Board. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and leadership on digital and information governance matters, ensuring that our digital services are secure, resilient, and aligned with our organisational goals.

About the Role

The Information and Digital Board is responsible for shaping the Information and Digital Strategy for Parliament and ensuring that the strategy is delivered. As a Non-Executive Director, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to provide strategic guidance and oversight on digital and information governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and leadership on digital and information governance matters

• Ensure that our digital services are secure, resilient, and aligned with our organisational goals

• Work closely with our senior leadership team to provide strategic guidance and oversight

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure effective governance and decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital and information governance

• Strong understanding of digital and information governance principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
