My client a well-established business operating within property services is seeking a Customer Service Administrator. You will be dealing with a high volume of calls each day as well as assisting customers by email.

Details of this Customer Service Administrator position include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
- Directing calls to the relevant department when appropriate.
- Overseeing complaints and resolving them if possible, diverting to the relevant department when appropriate.
- Speaking with vulnerable members of society and handling sensitive issues in the appropriate manner.
- Managing all correspondence via letters, welcome packs, and texts.
- Email correspondence with residents.
- General ad hoc administration as and when required.
To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:
- Previous customer service experience ideally within a call centre environment.
- Public sector experience (desirable not essential)
- Strong communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Organised with high attention to detail.
