As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the long-term vision of the YSL Fragrance brand strategy and managing the planning, execution and analysis of launches and animations.


You will work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, engaging & enabling the wider team to deliver our 360 Fragrance strategy together.


You will represent the UK needs to our international business, elevating the UK as a key driver of YSL Beauty globally.

You will have support from the YSL Beauty Management Trainee.

This role reports to the Brand Business & Activation Manager.

You will


Take ownership for all launches (sizing, consumer insights, creative assets etc) and help develop the local 360 plan with the wider Brand Experience Team to continue driving disruption and momentum of YSL Beauty in a dynamic market.

Closely track all launch results, sharing 360 summary & learnings with Zone, DMI & internally.


As a Drive country, work closely with DMI & Zone to help develop our product catalogue and UK relevant assets, sharing best practices and local consumer insights.


Build consumer knowledge through gathering data from CMI, conducting market & consumer analysis and building a corresponding product & brand strategy to deliver to the wider team.

Own fragrance portfolio forecasting the via the Retail Pack, building Trends and Budget with Brand Marketing Manager.

Forecast new launches, with competitor benchmarking & working with Supply Chain and Commercial.

Owner of NPD reporting, sharing YSL Fragrance and Competitor monthly results with team.

Champion product portfolio, including catalogue management (e.g. discontinuations, distribution, aged stock).

Manage the approval and delivery of product artworks and brand campaigns, liaising with DMI, Legal & Scientific.

Understand ROI of PPP spend and activity, owning the product marketing budget.

Present YSL Fragrance in key meetings, bringing the products & brand to life and making people dream (Retailer Strategy Meetings, Sales Drives, Brand inductions, etc)

Support the Brand Business Manager in building strategic presentations such as Zone, DG and Budget.

Previous Product Manager level experience
