The Officer will collaborate with academic staff, university therapeutic services, and external organisations to ensure a comprehensive and targeted approach to student support. The Wellbeing Officer will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of wellbeing programs through feedback and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
About you
We are seeking a proactive individual with a background in fields such as health promotion, health research, and/or mental health. Demonstrable experience in leading wellbeing projects is essential, as is experience in delivering workshops. A key part of this role involves managing the Wellbeing Student Connector Programme to ensure this resource is utilised effectively to enhance the overall student experience. We are therefore looking for someone with highly developed organisational skills and confidence in providing training and leadership.
We are looking for someone who is confident and good at networking, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, therefore, an ability to take initiative, coupled with strong social skills that enable effective collaboration, are essential attributes for this role.
