JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Assistant Business Centre Manager / Building Manager who has excellent customer service, stakeholder management, facilities management, administrative, organisational and team leadership skills.
Working as the Assistant Business Centre Manager / Building Manager you will support customers / clients using the centre's facilities, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
As the Assistant Business Centre Manager / Building Manager you will also support the Business Centre Manager, managing a range of back office administrative tasks, marketing initiatives and developing networks in the local community.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in a similar environment, ideally covering a range of facilities management tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good level of administrative experience, completing paperwork, reports and other documentation. Any experience using accounting systems like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar to generate invoices would be highly desirable
- Must have good English written and oral communication skills
- Ideally you will have previous team leadership / management skills
- Great organisational and time-management skills
