Job Description

Job Title: Business Manager

Job Summary:

The post holder will be required to work with other representatives of GM ICB and other ICBs, NHS England and across the Greater Manchester footprint to represent the CHC/Complex Care Team when required or requested to do so.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the ICB finance team to provide data and information regarding spend.
  • Be the key point of contact for NHS England in respect of completion of statistical returns, FOIs and the quarterly NHS England CHC benchmarking return.
  • Represent the CHC/Complex Care Team in meetings and discussions with other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to improve the delivery of CHC services.
  • Provide support and guidance to other team members as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
