Job Title: Assistant Business Manager and Examinations Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Business Manager and Examinations Officer. This role will involve supporting the school administration and managing examinations, finance, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the school administration team with day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Manage examinations, finance, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to achieve school goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Drive and determination to support vulnerable students
  • Experience working with school age children and/or post 16 students
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • A full driving licence and ability to work across different sites
  • Experience dealing with examinations, finance, and HR
