You would be working in a culture of enhancing learning, teaching and assessment through a developmental approach, which for you will mean autonomy, innovation, and development opportunities.The Exams Officer role is to provide a high level of administrative and operational service within the ISC, both online and face-to-face. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of services and processes enabling the site to function effectively: This will require good people skills and a high level of administrative ability. The post holder will deliver a reception service when required. The post holder will be required to ensure the accurate recording of data required for student records including, exams and assessment. A key requirement will be to provide administrative support for academic groups with registry and operations and committees. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Day-to-day delivery of a reception/ first point of contact service for staff and students
  • Acting as a lead on areas of assessment administration, as agreed by the Registry and Operations Lead.
  • Delivering highly professional and accurate administrative support to the centre's meetings and committees for Academic misconduct, assessment boards and working groups as appropriate.
  • Providing an excellent administrative service to support the running of the centre's exam timetable
  • Ensuring the effective planning and delivery of exam and assessment activity using the various platforms
  • Entering and using data for a variety of purposes with a very high degree of accuracy
  • Working as part of a team to support registration, arrivals, induction, activities, and events.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure professional and timely information and reporting is released to external stakeholders including parents, sponsors, guardians, agents, Study Group colleagues in the UK and overseas, partner university
  • Providing resources and support for other teams, as required
  • To carry out any duties, as reasonably required by the Head of Student Experience

  • GCSE English and maths at grade C and above or equivalent (Essential)
