An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual to manage a team of Accommodation officers providing help to clients in need of temporary and support accommodation. This is a fast moving and demanding service, the team deal with daily challenges to ensure vulnerable clients are provided with accommodation.
About the job
The demands on the service and the priorities for the team are ever changing throughout any given day and the post holder will need to have the skills to manage change and problem solve. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that service objectives, targets and quality standards are met whilst meeting high levels of customer service.
What We Are Looking For From You
Experience of working with the public, in a housing related environment will be an advantage. You may be required to work until 19:00 hours to meet the demands of a very busy service.
