About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key player in executing the customer success strategy, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering growth. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Director, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of customer success initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact customer relationships and contribute to the organization's success.

Execute the customer success strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and pursuing upsell initiatives.Ensure customers adopt and effectively use the company's solutions, driving solution adoption and usage.Lead efforts to enhance payment adoption and streamline financial transactions for customers.Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates, sharing testimonials, case studies, and referrals.Collaborate closely with sales, product development, marketing, and support teams for a holistic customer experience.Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.Be a champion for fostering a high-performing customer success team focused on customer satisfaction.Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and training materials within the Customer Success Center of Excellence.Define and track key performance metrics for customer success initiatives and report on progress.Design and implement customer engagement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and success campaigns.

Minimum of 2 years Customer Success ExperienceSelf-starter with high level of personal organisation, attention to detail, assertiveness, tenacity, integrity, and able to work off their own initiative.Excellent problem-solving, and communication skillsExcellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.Desire to learn about cutting edge technologies.Display excellent role model behaviours and strong team working ethic.Strong technical ability of deploying, configuring, troubleshooting SaaS solutions.Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external customers at all levels to deliver project requirements.Strong cross functional collaboration and customer relationship managementFamiliar with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies
