Customer Service Coordinator - £24,000

We have a great opportunity as a customer service coordinator with a client who supports utility companies.

This position is a non-customer facing role and is ideal for somebody with at least a years office/call centre experience.

The working hours are between Monday to Friday at 37.5 hours a week and offers a hybrid set up with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office following successful training and capability.

**Your Goals as a customer service coordinator**:
You will assist the business by helping coordinate home site visits, ensuring all relevant personal are in attendance at the appropriate times when carrying out their appointments.

This is non-customer facing as you will work directly with internal teams, clients and business partners. You will therefore use your servicing and organisational skills to co-ordinate jobs effectively and efficiently.

The team you will work with in the office is a closely knit team, harbouring a positive working environment and team building. It is therefore important you work well in a team and enjoy working with others.

**Job Responsibilities and Skills of a customer service coordinator**:

- Work with field representatives to ensure work is carried out
- Book and ensure correctly recorded site visits to customer properties
- Have strong organisational skills to ensure site visits have all of the appropriate personal there
- Conflict manage to a high standard where appropriate, displaying empathy and providing factual information
- Have a keen eye for continuous improvement and suggest process improvements where identified
- Possess reasonable IT capabilities as to be able to work with the computers
- Able to stay calm under pressure and be able to provide accurate, factual information.
