The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

As a Senior Client Manager, you're responsible for the success of your account, leading on day-to-day operations and team development. Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you'll be hands on, managing your account like a business, developing relationships, onboarding new business, and participating in the

delivery of high-profile campaigns.

You'll support the Head of Client Services to create momentum within the team to deliver high quality work, and drive growth. Working with other Senior Client Managers, you'll shape the team by overseeing delivery and supporting the strategic development of the account whether that is identifying opportunities or finding creative solutions to ensure success for our stakeholders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

As the account lead, you'll be the main contact for clients on your account, being the go-to-person both internally and externally and responsible for ensuring both yourself and supporting team are delivering integrated campaigns Ensure client briefs are clear and align to business objectives with the confidence to challenge and develop them with the client. In turn, producing an inspiring creative brief that strives for exceptional outputs. Partnering with other creative and production agencies on delivery, working as one team and maintaining good communication and collaboration at all levels Ensure scope of work is being managed and appropriately delegated across the team depending on skillsets required Collaborate with Project Management team to ensure all campaigns are running as planned and delivering multi-channel campaigns to multiple paid media partners and/or owned channels Manage the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating, and project budgets with your team Manage multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated and upholding the agency standards of ensuring great work is delivered. Taking the lead in client meetings, presentations, and signoffs both virtual and in-person. Being the delivery expert for your account ensuring your pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, can-do attitude. Proactive, continuous improvement of processes for your area and in line with other account leads within B-Hive Support Head of Client Services in areas of growth and be able to confidently communicate the agency's offering Actively contribute to Client Services and agency culture by leading by example, mentorship and nurturing wider innovation, creativity and fun What you'll need to have:

5+ years as a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director within agency or related creative environment Background in line management and developing account teams Excellent written and verbal presentation skills including data and reporting; a storyteller Experience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plans. Fluent in project management principles specifically delivering omni-channel creative assets Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels Numerate with skills in estimating creative delivery fees, creating reports and dashboards.
