Senior Client Manager at James Chase

Are you prepared to spearhead digital, online, and customer relationship management initiatives for a leading global brand? James Chase is in search of a seasoned Senior Client Manager to supervise multi-channel marketing communications execution for a high-profile client. This position is ideal for those who thrive in collaboration with major brands.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining 2-3 days in the office/client site with the flexibility of remote work.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, cultivating robust relationships and delivering campaign performance insights.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data-informed strategies across digital, online, and CRM sectors.
  • Project Oversight: Manage campaigns and programs, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Convert client briefs into actionable strategies, track performance metrics, and report on return on investment.
  • Team Development: Guide and mentor a team, promoting teamwork and innovative thinking.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry developments, drive ongoing enhancements, and boost campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or CRM, including roles as a Client Manager, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global brands.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proven history of executing successful campaigns and achieving quantifiable outcomes.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
