Posting and reconciling of bank accounts.Producing and analysing monthly cost reports.Recharge invoicing for Joint Ventures.Updating of actuals for the weekly cash forecast to Group.Regular chasing and reporting of outstanding debtors.Balance sheet, cashbook & house sales reconciliations.Assist in maintaining timely and accurate plot data on COINS.Process sundry payments ensuring they have correct approval and cost codingRaising month end journals as required and assisting with Management Accounts reconciliationsSupport with collation of audit data requirementsSupporting the finance team as required.
