We are looking to recruit two Financial Case Management Officers.

They are full time posts (37 hours a week) and hybrid, i.e. working from home, with some requirement to work in the office. One post is permanent and the other post if a fixed term contract for 2 years.

The Financial Case Management Officers will sit within the Adult Social Care, Assurance, Transformation & Financial Management service and will be responsible for providing a financial assessment service, informing service users or their legal representative of their client contributions. The post holders will also provide an advice and information service regarding maximisation of benefits.
