Operations/Policy Administration Associate

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience working in Life Insurance operations / policy administration ideally for a UK based Life Insurer or Life Insurance broker.
The successful candidate will work with (and be part of) the founding team for this very exciting well funded start-up in the Life Insurance market.
The business is backed by some of the leading names in the Bermuda market and is bringing a new product to the UK market in the Life Settlement space.
This role is good for a person who is entrepreneurial in nature and is happy to progress their career in a start-up environment.
The role will involve dealing with Life insurers and clients of the higher age demographic and making sure operations and interactions with Life insurers run smoothly.
If the role and business grows this role could develop very fast into a leadership role in the next 3-5 years.
The founder is a seasoned insurance executive having had a successful exit in the past and has held leadership roles in the leading insurance markets of London, Bermuda and Asia.
Experience in the Life Insurance Industry is essential.
