The purpose of this role is to ensure our subcontracted operators are working in line with their KPI's and following contractual requirements and to ensure that our specified equipment is maintained.


You will be providing administrative support in the required areas of our business as well as taking part in a project work.

What you'll do...

  • Monitor vehicle equipment performance
  • Process repairs to broken equipment on vehicles
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Keep track and respond to potential queries raised by partner operators
  • Administer the fleet allocation and associated equipment into the relevant system accounts
  • Take part in operational projects when required
What you'll need...

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PC skills
  • Experience in working towards the tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision using own initiative
