The role holder will attend Business Managed Service and Business Quality forums. They will support delivery against the BMS ISO certification strategy, ensuring that required certifications are maintained, and where appropriate participate in initiatives to improve our certifications including any opportunities for expansion.

This job role is based in Manchester, Sheffield, Hatfield, Thurso and Belfast . Hybrid (3 days office based & 2 days remote). Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Job Share or Compressed Hours are also optional. SC clearance must be obtainable. Must have lived in UK for 5 years+ in order to attain this.

What you'll be doing

  • Help to co-ordinate and deliver agreed audits and certifications, working with the Group ISO Audit and Compliance teams to agree and track the BMS program for audits.
  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of the strategy for the co-ordination and running of internal & external audits within BMS.
  • Supporting the documenting and tracking of any non-conformities and OFIs through to closure.
  • Working with the wider Group ISO Audit and Compliance teams to help deliver the ISO certifications for BMS.
  • Participate in improvements and where appropriate help to improve efficiency through independent audit checks.

What we'd like to see on your CV

  • Knowledge of one or more: ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO27001.
  • At least 2 years experience of working in an IT Service Management environment.
  • Must have ITIL 4 awareness.
  • Must have experience of working in complex environments / large IT programmes.

Flexible Working

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
