We're now looking to recruit a superstar Senior Kitchen Porter to strengthen our back house team which will enable to us to become the go to foodie destination in Brighton.
The Job
As our Senior Kitchen Porter, you'll lead the daily duties of the Kitchen Porter team by ensuring that the team clean dishes, kitchen equipment and various areas of the restaurant according to our standards set, all whilst complying to Health & Safety guidelines and ensuring that our relevant food safety paperwork has been completed fully.

Have at least 2 years' experience working in a busy kitchen.
If you have level 2 food safety, this will be a bonus.
