About this role:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Manager to deliver against our ambitious CRM engine growth plans. This is a great opportunity for a CRM professional to join us at a pivotal point on our journey. You will utilise your skills to lead and manage the day to day delivery as well as longer term programme improvements. You'll work with multiple direct reports, supporting them to deliver best in class CRM solutions.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to define and optimise delivery of CRM across processes, automation and best practices.
  • Lead the campaign planning process for CRM - identify key opportunities across our function to support different verticals within the business (restaurant and grocery).
  • Develop and implement new innovative projects and campaigns against marketing briefs, to help drive incremental orders against our KPIs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in customer interactions.
  • Take a data driven approach, comfortable monitoring performance and reporting across campaigns, customers and promotions against our KPIs.
  • Be a technical expert, supporting direct reports with problem solving across marketing campaigns within Salesforce and Braze.
  • Passionate about developing your team through providing training and being the go-to for support.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Prior experience working in a CRM centric environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and inspiring high-performance teams to drive towards a best in class CRM program.
  • Experience of working within Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar advanced ESP system.
  • Excellent understanding of analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build strong cross functional relationships
