Job Description
The CRM team at Wise is expanding to enhance our efforts in developing global B2C lifecycle communications. We are committed to delivering top-notch communications to our customers, empowering them to optimize their Wise accounts and save money by avoiding unfavorable exchange rates offered by traditional banks.
As we build a borderless financial environment for individuals and businesses, we are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to lead our referral strategy and implementation efforts. The CRM Manager will be responsible for devising and executing a robust communication strategy that engages customers at every stage of their journey with Wise, ensuring a personalized and valuable experience. This role, located in London, involves delivering exceptional customer communications in alignment with the CRM team's practices and processes.
Your mission:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive referral CRM strategy, focusing on customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers effectively and tailor communication to their needs.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze campaign performance, leverage data for enhancing engagement, and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain customer database health, ensuring compliance and best practices across all communication channels.
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders and oversee email calendar, deliverability, and reporting.
  • Implement localization strategies for international campaigns and conduct clear A/B testing.
Qualifications
About you:
  • Mid-level experience in CRM, specializing in segmentation, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-channel lifecycle communications.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing engaging lifecycle campaigns.
  • Customer-centric attitude and strong communication skills.
