About the Position:

As the Email Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of email, in-app, and push notification marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will span from establishing campaign timelines to guaranteeing seamless execution, all while pinpointing areas for potential process enhancements. Close collaboration with client teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors is essential to achieving the envisioned goals and objectives of clients' email marketing endeavors. This role demands a robust comprehension of Email Service Providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), client service proficiency, and project management principles.

Email Marketing Campaign Project Management:
  1. Develop, implement, and enhance email campaigns across diverse Email Service Providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery.
  2. Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, including planning, gathering assets, project management, testing, deployment, and analysis.
  3. Provide clients with expert advice on email marketing best practices, strategies, and efficiency enhancements.
Project Management:

Formulate project plans and timelines, prioritizing projects effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, such as designers, copywriters, developers, and data analysts, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and proactively address issues to ensure on-time project delivery.

Documentation Proficiency:

Clear/Strong written communication abilities encompassing process and workflow visualization, data modeling, user story composition, workshop and training materials creation, and functional specifications.

Email Service Provider Expertise and Technical Proficiency:
  1. Demonstrate proficiency in various ESPs, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  2. Possess a deep understanding of ESP functionalities, covering list management, segmentation, automation, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.
  3. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to email marketing and ESPs.
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, comprehending their business needs and offering strategic guidance on email marketing initiatives. Foster robust client relationships, ensuring outstanding satisfaction through effective communication, regular updates, and the delivery of high-quality results. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear goals and deliverables. Participate in quarterly business reviews.

Job Specifications & Qualifications:
  • Preferably hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Accumulate 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, emphasizing project management and client services.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its functionalities.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize email marketing performance.
  • Knowledge in email marketing tools, HTML/CSS, SQL, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in working with global clients and offshore production teams.
