A highly regarded learning establishment and day centre is looking for an empathetic, passionate, and kind Youth Support worker to support young adults and adults with complex needs on a full-time permanent basis. The setting offers incredible resources including an on-site gym, horticultural area, on-site cafe, and fully equipped Music and DT studios. The setting supports young adults from 19 years old. Whatever a student's abilities or challenges, the setting aims to provide them with memorable experiences, life skills and stimulating learning activities that promote self-esteem and personal independence. The education center is commended by parents, pupils staff and OFSTED and have recently been graded outstanding. Applicants for this role must be available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. This role is needed all year round and is not a term time-only role.

Responsibilities:
Supporting young adults with SEN needs on a 1:1 and small group basisCommunicating with parents and carers over childs progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole setting training events
