Our service, located in the picturesque surroundings of Godalming, Surrey, focuses on integrating users into their local environment, allowing them to engage in a variety of activities that utilize community resources.

While prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is beneficial, it is not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training and orientation for all new team members.

As a Support Worker, your role will involve:

  • Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, medication management, and meal support.
  • Accompanying and aiding individuals during outings and appointments.
  • Promoting a Person-Centered approach, fostering independence and helping clients achieve their personal goals.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • The capacity to work flexibly and creatively with clients and their families.
  • Experience in personal care is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and collaborate within a team.
  • Willingness to work varied hours and participate in an on-call rota as needed.
