Reporting to the Group Chief Executive you will be joining a dedicating and caring Senior Leadership Team. The Group Chief Finance & Operating Officer will be instrumental to driving up standards and embed an effective performance culture.

You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in senior leadership. As an effective role model, you must demonstrate that you can work within and support the culture and value base of a high achieving and diverse organisation.

You will, alongside the Group Chief Executive, ensure excellent communication with the Group s Board of Trustees and Boards of Directors. You will be expected to deputise for the Group Chief Executive as appropriate.
