What you'll do

  • Drive exceptional IT service levels in UK Processing Centres
  • Implement and support Supply Chain technologies
  • Collaborate with Global IT teams on technology support and solutions
  • Participate in IT Supply Chain Agile project planning
  • Act as a point of escalation for business customers
  • Support team members' learning and development

What you'll need

We are looking for customer-focused individuals with problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Technical IT support skills in Supply Chain
  • Experience in IT Service Operations and IT initiatives
  • Ability to manage 3rd party IT services and support various technologies
  • Exposure to a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Service Now Experience, Agile Project methodology, and understanding of Global IT teams

Working Hours

Core hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility required. On-call support for critical incidents is part of the role.

Travel

Occasional travel to other TJX facilities may be necessary for support and meetings.
