  • Processing invoices
  • Manage employee expenses
  • Assist in the month-end
  • Supplier statements
  • Preparing accruals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Grant submissions and external statutory audits
  • Will work up to being involved with bank reconciliations, and fixed asset.
  • Other financial administration

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable experience of working in an accounts role
  • Have experience of supplier statement reconciliations
  • Have contributed to the preparation of management accounts
  • Accurate reconciliation skills using Excel and ERP systems
  • Experience of accounts payable
  • Good communication
  • Used NetSuite or similar ERP
  • AAT Qualified, Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
