Role Overview:

Randstad are recruiting for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading Engineering company based in Harlesden that Excel in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Commissioning Services.

Offering competitive salary of up to 55,000 + Car/Allowance and Great benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all training requirements have been met by sub contractors on projects.
  • Advise site management on the fire marshal requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, ensuring all work meets the highest safety standards.
  • Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety into every aspect of project planning and execution.
  • Ensure monthly KPI statistics have been completed for projects.
  • Assist in incident/accident investigation reporting and filing.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
  • Grad or Tech IOSH
  • data centre or M&E critical environment
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
