Job Summary:
Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across all our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure all work meets the highest safety standards.
- Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety into every aspect of project planning and execution.
- Ensure monthly KPI statistics have been completed for projects.
- Assist in incident/accident investigation reporting and filing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Grad or Tech IOSH certification.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- In-depth knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
