As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Assistant who shares our values and is eager to make a positive impact in the recruitment arena.

The role is for 37 hours per week, term time only.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates who will contribute to our vibrant team. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing the recruitment process, from posting job openings and screening applications to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.

Utilise your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.Assist with data entry and database management using our HRIS.Help ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.Maintain organised HR documents and assist with report writing as needed.Collaborate with team members to promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
