We are recruiting for a Team PA/Administrator for a fantastic, rapidly expanding insolvency practitioner based in Norwich city centre. This role, which can be carried out on a hybrid basis and will support the Business Manager, needs a confident self-starter; someone who can bring positivity and drive to the role.

We need a candidate who has ideally worked with administration for at least 2/3 years and is looking to take their next step; you will need to be talented, career-driven and, most importantly, able to embrace the ethos of the business - thinking creatively, being approachable to a range of clients and providing an outstanding service every time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Director and senior team with email and diary management
  • Make referrer appointments for the Partnership Manager (by telephone and email)
  • Manage central office email address
  • Support the Business Manager with some HR matters
  • Diary management for team/departmental meetings
  • Organising social events with third parties
  • Support Business Manager with some property-related matters
  • Managing phone cover
  • Updating CRM (Pipedrive)
  • CPD management/course bookings
  • Diarising insurance renewals

Person specification:

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn. The role will be in support of the management team, and therefore good communication skills and the ability to prioritize matters will be essential. Salary is £23-25k/annum dependent on experience and you will need to live within reasonable commutable distance of Norwich city centre.
