Human Resource Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking to appoint a HR Recruitment Administrator to work in our busy HR Team supporting both the Academy and Primary School. This role is perfect for someone that is wanting to return to or build a career within HR and Recruitment within an education setting. Working within the HR team you will be responsible for all recruitment administration across both Academies. The role will be to carry out all recruitment administration from advertising to pre employment and onboarding tasks for new starters including checking right to work documentation and carrying out DBS checks, also to provide full administration support to the HR Manager. You will therefore need to be extremely organised, approachable and confident in dealing with people.

Working Pattern:

This role is 30 hours per week , all year round with 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
