Simple Recruitment is collaborating with a client in Wells who is in need of a Payroll Administrator to become part of their team permanently.


Key responsibilities:
- Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
- Conducting RTI submissions and pension submissions.
- Creating and posting journals to clients' accounting software.
- Compiling year-end reports and distributing P60s.
- Managing the payroll inbox and handling enquiries.

This role offers a chance to join a growing accountancy practice with perks like a discretionary bonus scheme and training opportunities.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in accountancy practice, handling end-to-end payroll and automatic enrollment pensions.
- Knowledge of payroll and pension laws.
- Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with accounting software like Quickbooks, Quickfile, and Xero. Experience with Brightpay is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Salary:
