Are you passionate about using data to drive impactful change? I have partnered with a leading charity organisation who are seeking a HR Data and Systems Specialist to join the team.

This is a permanent role where you will be working closely with the HR team to play a key role in managing HR data, providing insights and ensuring the smooth running of the HRIS (Ciphr).

You'll report directly into the Head of HR and have line management responsibilities for the Payroll & Projects Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first line support for all HRIS (Ciphr) queries, system maintenance, system updates and managing user access.
  • Create and produce regular HR reports and provide data insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide data insights and commentary to HR reports.
  • Assist with annual pay and bonus reviews from a data perspective, as well as statutory reporting requirements like gender pay gap analysis.
  • Oversee the outsourced payroll process, manage the relationship with the provider (MoorePay) and ensure accurate data collection for payroll processing.
  • Provide training, advice and support to the HR team, and create user guides as needed.
  • Develop new reporting dashboards to meet the evolving needs to the organisation.

About you:

  • Experience and knowledge of HR systems, previous use of Ciphr is not essential but will be advantageous.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Proven ability to pull, analyse and present HR data.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Experience dealing with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Line management experience.
