Accounts Semi-Senior / Accounts Associate (Practice) - Liverpool City Centre - To £28,000 (DOE) plus study support for AAT / ACCA

Are you an experienced Accounts Associate looking for a new challenge?

Vaisto Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading accountancy practice who are seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Accounts Associate in the Accounts and Outsourcing Team.

Reporting to the Accounts and Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts for clients within the SME sector, as well as completing bank reconciliations and providing book-keeping services.

As an Accounts Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, using cloud-based systems such as Xero and Quickbooks, and providing training and support to clients and junior team members.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also have the chance to assist in preparing and updating forecasts, using tools such as Castaway.

The firm has a number of AAT and ACA / ACCA trainees and as such, offers a fun and sociable environment to work within.



Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the preparation of accounts, as well as book-keeping and VAT experience.

AAT Level 3/4 qualified or part qualified, or qualified by experience, you will also have experience working with cloud-based systems and possess competent MS Office skills.

Good communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to plan and organise your workload to meet deadlines.
