Assessing Social Worker needed in Stockport for the Connected Carers Team paying £35ph
We are recruiting an full time Assessing Social Worker. The main duties are completion of Form C Assessments many of which are court directed. It is essential that the successful applicant has experience of working within a connected care/fostering team and has experience of completing Form C Assessments, Viability Assessments and Regulation 24 assessments.
Alongside the role of Assessing Social Worker the successful applicant will be required to undertake the task of duty leave social worker this includes attending and representing the team at LPM and CPMs and undertaking VAs and Reg 24 assessments. Experience of representing items to the fostering panel is essential.
