Our client based in Woking are seeking an Operations Administrator to support their Customer Service team. This role will involve handling enquiries and administration. There will also be a financial admin aspect to this role.

Duties:

  • Handle and process information from customers
  • Use the finance system to reconcile incoming payments
  • Updating information in line with products
  • Support internal colleagues and stakeholders with queries
  • Data entry on a daily basis

Experience:

  • Confident user of CRM systems
  • Relevant experience in data administration/customer support previously
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

This role requires you to be available immediately
