About Our Client:

They are a leading company specializing in interior fit-outs for commercial buildings. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional quality and innovative solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate costs for projects involving ceilings, drylining, glazing, and decorating.

Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure all estimates align with project requirements.

Conduct detailed take-offs and prepare competitive bids.

Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and proposals.

Maintain updated records of all estimates and project costs.

Assist in securing new projects by providing timely and accurate cost information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating for design and build projects.

Strong background in ceilings, drylining, glazing, and decorating.

Familiarity with interior fit-outs for commercial buildings.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
