Role:
As a specialist in Family Law, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload.

The role demands a compassionate approach to sensitive client matters, ensuring discretion and empathy are at the forefront of service delivery.

The individual will be instrumental in providing bespoke legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
  • Minimum of 1 year PQE with a focus on Family Law NQ's welcome to apply too.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing divorce and separation cases.
  • Strong advocacy skills with a history of representing clients effectively in court.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Commitment to maintaining high professional standards and continuing legal education.
