Quite a busy, small firm but very hard to get a hold of, can take some time for updates to be processed. Uncertain if it’s due to unavailability because of the number of cases, or disorganisation. Positives include an in depth consultation, and good in-person communication. Forthe time being, suitable response and after- care are missing and maybe more hands are needed for this.
