What are Child Arrangements?

Child arrangements, or a Child Arrangement Order, is an agreement made about where a child will live, how much time they will spend with caregivers, and how they will be financially supported.

These are most commonly created by parents that are divorcing or separating, and thus need to come to an agreement on how their child will be cared for.
